1 April 2020 In these unique and unsettling times, we are pleased to reassure our Palm Clients (despite the temporary Mall closures announced), we will be Open. We have been given a number of simple precautionary 'social distancing' measures by Dubai Municipality. We only ask your assistance to help us comply. For now, * We can ONLY see animals by appointment. (Emergencies are emergencies & we will always help with those) * Each animal is accompanied by only ONE healthy adult * Sadly, we are prohibited from allowing children or infants into the Clinics These steps are to protect our Staff (& their families), our Clients and keep our business safe so we can return to 'normal' as soon as we all can. As always, we are grateful for your support and we are confident that if we all do our part, soon enough, all will be well.
